Delivery Info

How Will My Order be Delivered?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Dispatch methods are listed on the product page as well as throughout the checkout process. Onn-studio will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method.

 

Dispatch Methods:

 

  • Small Parcel Delivery

Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UPS and UK Mail. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.

 

  • One-Man Delivery

Some larger items will be delivered by specialist carriers. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will provide a tracking number so that you can track your package(s).

 

Dispatch Costs:

 

Delivery of items in the UK £40.00 and over are FREE. Any item marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free! We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £40.00. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.

Please note: unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to postal codes within the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

 

Shipping to Ireland

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are subject to an additional surcharge. Full details below:

Ireland: Small Parcel: £11 per item

Large Parcel: £18 per item

 

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to love it. If you don’t, you can return it for up to 14 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging (Not Opened); and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products – if your order arrives damaged or defective or you’d like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

 

A few exceptions to note:

Onn-studio gift certificates are also non-returnable. * Extended Return Policy for Holidays & Registry. You may return holiday purchases (orders placed between November 1 and December 25) until January 31.

 

Set up a Return

If you need to set up a return please contact us by email or call us and we will be happy to help you.

If your item is damaged or defective please contact us immediately.

 

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping.

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write “Package Damaged” when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.

Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.

 

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.

 

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
